Meet the Riverside Art Staff!
Robert LeComte Sr. - Founder, mentor, inspiration for Riverside Art Ltd.
With his late wife Maddie by his side, it has been his leadership and guidance setting the framework for our old-fashioned customer care and service. By Bob’s standards, anyone who walks in to our store walks out our friend. His quick wit, warm laugh, and bright smile helped to guide artists for over 30 years. He is retired now, but he often entertains us, our families, and our customers, with his charm.
Robert LeComte Jr. - President, Chief cook and bottle washer
Continuing in his father’s footsteps, Bob has been at Riverside Art ltd. since 1975. He is just as comfortable designing frames, offering artists technical advise or trouble shooting the printers and computers. Bob Jr.’s amiable grace and leadership have helped create the reputation Riverside Art ltd. has earned with customers from all over New England.
Paul LeComte - Manager, Workshop
Paul began his career at Riverside Art ltd. as a boy doing odd jobs for his father. He has worked full time for his father, then his brother, since 1980. As well as being a highly qualified custom framer, he is accomplished in restoring paintings and frames. We have seen some dramatic transformations at his skilled hands. Paul’s exceptional craftsmanship and training is witnessed in every piece of framed work that leaves the building with our label attached to it. If we can dream it, he can build it.
Gabrielle LeComte - Office Manager
Brie has been walking in the footsteps of her family since the age of fifteen. She has worked in every department. She has been our housekeeper, our framer, our art materials consultant, our Repro-associate and jack-of-all-trades in the office and beyond. She certainly is a chip off the LeComte block. She is highly motivated to making sure our customers are well served. Her daughter Laila has started working as well, she appears in some of our ads, and provides the comic relief that only a seven year old can offer. She has already laid claim to “Poppa’s” chair when she grows up.
Anne Marie LeComte - Office Associate
Helps our with office work she has been a fixture since 1993. Her wit and sense of customer care follows that tradition of excellence her father started. Annie has offered many good customers, and fellow staffers, a share of her sharp humor and inspiration over the years.
David Aguiar - Manager, Reprographics
Dave has been with Riverside Art ltd. since Graduating from Swain School of Design in 1987. He has worked in every department and for the past 10 years he has developed and run our copy/printing department. From simple copying, and engineering copying and plotting to digital color, he and his staff are meticulous and understanding of the needs for precision and deadlines. Good and fast, that’s Dave.
